Incorrect Hyperlink in Rights Manager Claim Rejection Reason (Links to Rights Manager Terms Instead of Roblox Terms of Use)

Description

When a Rights Manager claim is rejected, the rejection reason includes the sentence:

“To learn more about Roblox intellectual property policies, please review the Roblox Terms of Use.”

In this message, the words “Roblox Terms of Use” are hyperlinked. However, instead of directing the user to the official Roblox Terms of Use page (https://en.help.roblox.com/hc/en-us/articles/115004647846-Roblox-Terms-of-Use), it incorrectly links to https://www.roblox.com/info/rights-manager/terms, which is the Rights Manager Terms of Use page.

This creates confusion, as the wording references the global Roblox Terms of Use, but the hyperlink points to a different document. Either the hyperlink should be fixed to the correct Terms of Use, or the wording should be updated to reflect the Rights Manager Terms of Use.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Submit a claim in Roblox Rights Manager.
  2. Wait for the claim to be rejected.
  3. In the rejection reason, locate the text:
    “To learn more about Roblox intellectual property policies, please review the Roblox Terms of Use.”
  4. Click the hyperlink on “Roblox Terms of Use”.
  5. Observe that it redirects to roblox.com/info/rights-manager/terms instead of the actual Roblox Terms of Use help article.

Expected Result

The hyperlink should direct to the official Roblox Terms of Use:
https://en.help.roblox.com/hc/en-us/articles/115004647846-Roblox-Terms-of-Use

Actual Result

The hyperlink directs to the Rights Manager Terms of Use page:
https://www.roblox.com/info/rights-manager/terms
