As seen from the empty highly engaged players bar at the bottom of your second screenshot, your experience is still 16+ because you still need to either get 500 highly engaged players or pay 100,000 Robux for an expedited review.

Roblox Plus gives your account access to publish to all ages without the initial 1000? Robux publishing fee.
It does not make you exempt from the per-experience 500 highly engaged player/100,000 Robux requirement.
