Incorrect Roblox Badge Description

The Administrator Badge claims that they WILL delete the account of anyone who impersonates a Roblox administrator, however, accounts which are moderated for impersonating Roblox staff are NOT getting deleted. This is shown here.

Expected behavior

This could be fixed by deleting any reported accounts which claim to be a Roblox administrator or by changing the badge description from this:

This badge identifies an account as belonging to a Roblox administrator. Only official Roblox administrators will possess this badge. If someone claims to be an admin, but does not have this badge, they are potentially trying to mislead you. If this happens, please report abuse and we will delete the imposter’s account.

To this:

It’s saying to “please report abuse”, likely implying using the on-site report function, but as we all know that’s 100% objectively placebo.

It’s not that they won’t ban users impersonating admins, it’s that they won’t read reports.

The current description is correct. Roblox does delete impostor accounts, and they still actively do.

Hey, this description does not need changes. Staff impersonation is against the terms of service.

Please use report abuse or otherwise reach out to our support team if you believe staff impersonation is happening.
