Incorrect Robux Transfer Limits

Over the past year; despite having spent over x0,000 robux on purchases, my transfer limits are : 500 daily and 1000 monthly.

It informs me that my account could be too new or the account’s transaction history isn’t enough. Both are not true. I’ve been around for more than 10 years and my transaction history is certainly not the issue. Why am i ineligible to have higher transaction limits?

This is not a bug. I’m sure there’s many factors that play into getting your transfer limit increased and the note in your screenshot is just Roblox way of not getting too specific of the criteria to avoid abuse of the system. Wait it out and hope, there’s nothing anybody can or will do to increase your transfer limit, it’s an automated process that can either be painless or painful.

you are misinterpreting how the anti-fraud algorithm calculates “account age” and “established history.” roblox does not care that your account is 10 years old or how much you spent last year. the system is looking for recent, consistent, and organic activity.

here is why the system thinks you are “new” or “unestablished”:

Recency Bias: if you had a long period of inactivity and then suddenly started making large transfers, the fraud detection algorithm flags this as a “hijacked account” or “suspicious activity,” effectively resetting your trust score to zero. Type of Spending: purchasing robux is different from “earned robux” history. the transfer system is strictly governed by your earned robux history within the developer ecosystem. if your spending is purely consumer-side and you aren’t regularly liquidating earned robux from your own games, the system doesn’t view you as an “established developer,” just a high-spending consumer. The “Shadow” Trust Score: you have a hidden trust score that decays over time. if you haven’t been consistently active in the developer ecosystem (Studio usage, place updates, payout processing) in the last 90 days, your transfer limit gets hard-capped automatically by the system to prevent money laundering.

how to fix it:

Stop viewing this as a support ticket: standard support will just give you the same automated reply because the algorithm is doing exactly what it’s programmed to do. Increase “Developer” Velocity: you need to start treating your account like a business. process small, consistent payouts from your games over the next 30-60 days. this “trains” the algorithm that you are a legitimate developer, not a random user suddenly moving large amounts of currency. Stable Account State: ensure your 2FA, verified email, and phone number are all locked in and haven’t been changed recently. any recent change to security settings triggers a soft-lock on transfer limits for 30 days.

the system isn’t broken; it’s just being aggressively paranoid about fraud. act like a consistent developer for a few weeks, and the algorithm will eventually lift those caps.
