Incorrect Section Reference in the "Roblox Extended Services Program Terms of Use"

In Section 15, “Governing Law,” of the “Roblox Extended Services Program Terms of Use,” it currently says:

Except for small claims court actions, any Dispute that is not subject to the Arbitration Agreement as outlined in Section 11 of the Roblox Terms…

This reference appears to be outdated following the April 30, 2026 update to the Roblox Terms of Use. The update is documented in the following DevForum post:

Previously, “Dispute Resolution (Between User and Roblox); Arbitration Agreement; Class Action Waiver” was Section 11 of the Roblox Terms of Use. Following the update, this section has been moved to Section 13:

Therefore, the reference in Section 15 of the Extended Services Terms should be updated from “Section 11 of the Roblox Terms” to “Section 13 of the Roblox Terms.”

I will mark this bug as fixed because, in Roblox’s updated Terms of Use, which will take effect on November 1, 2026, the arbitration-related processes are being moved back to Section 11, under “Conflicts and Disputes,” specifically 11.2.2 Arbitration Agreement.
