As a Roblox developer, it is currently too hard to know when searches in the Toolbox marketplace will work. This is because searches made in the Toolbox marketplace do not work in Run mode or on the server of Local Server tests. Yet, the Toolbox does not indicate this and will instead stall for a few seconds on a search before showing “No results found.”
Here is a demonstration of making a search in Run mode.
This is frustrating because it is a waste of time and I am given no reason to believe that it shouldn’t work.
If this issue is addressed, it would improve my development experience because I would not waste my time making futile Toolbox searches.
