I mean, the title basically explains it. There should be an indicator for when a topic is automatically translated before opening the topic itself. This may prevent confusion, as topic titles are automatically translated before you click on them and may be somewhat incorrect or come off as trolling.

Maybe something like a label after the title that explains that the title is translated when you hover over it (and maybe allows you to view the original title without opening the post itself)
This would be helpful as sometimes topics looks like troll posts but end up just being badly translated.
