Ineligible to get higher Robux Transfer Limit

I’m unable to increase my Robux transfer limit because the system says my account is too new or lacks purchase history, even though my account is not new and I earn Robux from my game instead of buying it.

I also have this problem… If you find a solution, please, let me know.

I completely understand your frustration. This is a very common issue for legitimate developers who earn their Robux through game development rather than buying it.

The error message you are seeing is very literal. Roblox’s anti-fraud and anti-money laundering systems strictly separate “Earned Robux” (revenue from games/clothing) and “Purchased Robux” (bought with real-world fiat currency).

Even if you have earned millions of Robux from your games and your account is years old, your “purchase history” metric remains at zero if you have never spent real money on the platform.

How to fix this to increase your limits:

  1. Make a small fiat purchase: Buy the lowest tier of Robux or a 1-month Roblox Premium subscription using a credit card or PayPal. This establishes the “fiat purchase history” the automated system is looking for.
  2. ID Verification: If you haven’t already, complete the ID Verification process (Age ID). This heavily boosts your account’s trust score.

Keep in mind that after making a purchase, it might take a few days to a couple of weeks for the automated system to update your trust tier and raise your daily/monthly transfer limits.
