Infernal Deathwalker does not support R6

Hello,

The following bug report is to bring attention to the fact that, although most of the platform relies on the R6 avatar type for both stylistic and in-game experience purposes, it is not supported by the Infernal Deathwalker. If it was, this bundle would be alot more heavily sought after, while allowing players to mix and match with the settings the prefer.

Previously, a fix for the Korblox Deathwalker in R6 was proposed, but never actualized in any form, So I’m bringing attention to this issue early in hopes that this can be fixed sometime soon, ideally not long before the event ends.

Thank you for the report. We have assigned to our team for further review.

After careful examination, we confirmed that the reported behavior is by design where new bundles are not supported in R6. We’re closing this report, but please reach out if you have any additional questions.

Adding R6 support would insanely help with sales on the bundle. Could the invisible legs (the main selling point) at least work in R6 if not the whole bundle? I feel this should be quite simple to accomplish.

The Bundle itself kinda needs R6 support atleast on the legs, People already don’t like the bundle due to how it looks like a poop stain

Having it support R6 would make bundles so much better overall instead of a R15 exclusive item only. It’d probably make the item sell (but hard too when it looks rough), and also future bundles if they can at least support R6

The issue here is that, for a significant portion of the player base, especially those purchasing this bundle with the expectation that it works across all experiences, the avatar will appear as nothing more than a block with egg eyes, a cape, and a sword. This is not only frustrating but borderline deceptive.

Furthermore, players already accustomed to the R6 rig will encounter the same issue when trying on this bundle, seeing the same broken, incomplete appearance.

With nearly half the platform still favoring R6, this decision effectively locks the bundle to select experiences and avatar styles, while its advertising fails to make that limitation clear.

my favorite part of the bundle would be the sword, but i do see why people hate having R15 Exclusive Bundles

I’m not sure who’s decision this was but I think its time to reconsider alot of people still use r6 and the main selling point would be the legs. Also, Another thing is Why is it textured like that? It would look so much better if it was changed to something more appealing everything just mashes together and it looks awful.

A very similar and widely known case is the bundle from that event, which also doesn’t support R6 either. They even made several scaling adjustments for it, yet still didn’t provide R6 support. Because of that, I believe the expected result for this case would be the same — as both are closely related in a way.

i honestly don’t understand why they couldn’t atleast add a hood to the infernal deathwalker bundle, considering Infernal Deathwalker is like a cousin to the original one

Please feed back to the team that lack of R6 support for a bundle that costs over ~$220 USD is very disappointing, especially considering the recent messaging from the product folks re: R6 avatars

and also considering the fact that Roblox’s most popular experience by far (at the time of writing) is an R6 game. If someone plays Grow a Garden wearing this package, their avatar will look nothing like what they paid for.

You should add R6 support to the bundle. It will make it worth the 29k as well as help the bundle sell to more people. If they find out they can’t use it in R6 less people will buy it.

This bundle needs to just be deleted. It’s hideous and lazy.

Then lower the price of the bundle at this point, in its current state it simply is not worth 29k, the lack of overall support for R6 is frustrating, the only selling point for me personally is the sword and even then I would need to position it correctly for R6 everytime I want to use it. I don’t believe you all took into account any sort of quality control whilst developing this bundle. At the very least make the legs work for r6, that would boost sales tremendously. Not to mention that the bundle itself looks like someone dipped it in a bucket of mud and called it a day.

Unironically, the new bundle is just a recolor of the past walker bundle, it is apparent if you look at the mesh.

It’s straight up embarrassing that this bundle doesn’t even support R6. We’re not talking a feature that is outdated. Over half the games on Roblox still use R6 and a huge portion of players prefer it for their avatars. It’s been part of the platform forever.

Yet somehow Roblox puts out an official bundle that doesn’t support one of the most common rigs. You throw it on with R6 and all you get is a floating head and sword. No body. No proper functionality. It looks like a broken, unfinished mess because that’s exactly what it is.

If this was a random UGC creator’s bundle, maybe you expect stuff like that. But this is from Roblox themselves. There’s no excuse. If it doesn’t properly support both R6 and R15, it isn’t finished. It shouldn’t be onsaled and it definitely shouldn’t be promoted like it’s ready for use.
