Innovation Support Centre Handbook

Ranking Guide:

Group is strictly invite only. Many other methods of recruiting people into the group have been tried and actively tested, however they’ve come with their own set of problems.

Community Helper: Community Helpers are people who have helpers who have been experienced helped out in the Innovation community enough, to be invited into the group. Community helpers have to be voted on by members of the Innovation Support Centre before they’re allowed to join.

Group Rules:

  • The group shout should only be used by Community Helpers in the case of an emergency happening that requires other helpers. (For example people arguing on the Innovation Security Wall.)

  • Do not start or contribute to any arguments on the group wall.

  • If you believe a helper should be kicked, discuss it privately with the group owner.

  • Activity isn’t required to be in the group.

  • Do not discuss controversial topics on the wall.

Recommendations for community helping:

  • Try your best to handle situations calmly.

  • Try not to react aggressively to people.

  • Report someone to a security HR only as a last resort.

  • Don’t discriminate people by their rank.

If helpers break any GROUP RULES, they may be temporarily muted or kicked.
