Insert with location is not working

When I click insert with location on my meshes, they are not going to the correct location. They are not lining up with the rest of the game. What’s even weirder is that meshes I had previously gotten to insert with the correct location are no longer going to the correct location when I insert them now. If I insert an object, then delete it, move the camera, and do it again; the spot is different for the same mesh. It seems like it is treating the insert with location button the same as the normal insert button.
