Instance likely corrupted - Error Report

So i have this new Error Report in my Game Tab which confuses me very much and i just dont get it and need help asap

What is the issue?
The top 2 Error Reports are now

  1. Attempting to decode a TimeCurve values with an invalid version, expected 0, but found 1
  2. Error decoding Timing data for FloatCurve. Instance likely corrupted
    obviously Client Sided and both of them have 500K in a day.

This came up after my Update. I tried to google through the web and search for solutions.
