LOG BEGIN
VERSION 0.15.4: MISI’S PLAYGROUND - DECEMBER 28TH, 2025
- In collaboration with “Misi’s Playground”, I’ve attributed some of the Billboard ads to the game. “Misi’s Playground” now has Interactive Intimate content in the game. Feel free to check it out!
VERSION 0.15.3: MINOR ADJUSTMENT - OCTOBER 13TH, 2025
- Reintroduced the game loading sequence that begins upon joining a game mode.
VERSION 0.15.2: POWER UP BUMPER - OCTOBER 11TH, 2025
- Introducing the “Power Up Bumper” Decor item. A Functional decoration, that can be placed anywhere on the back wall in your workspace, assuming the space in question to place is not occupied. Have Buddy collide with the bumper and he’ll be away back from it. The more that Buddy collides with the Bumper, the more the Bumper will charge up. Once fully charged, the Bumper will glow a color and emit particles corresponding to the Power Up that was selected by the Bumper. Have Buddy collide with the Bumper again to attribute that corresponding Power Up to Buddy.
- Introducing a new “Mentality” setting for Buddy, which can be adjusted in the settings menu. Click the button to toggle the “Mentality” setting between “Optimistic” and “Pessimistic”. While the “Optimistic” mentality setting is selected, Buddy’s dialogue will always remain uplifting a positive, as it is when he ages and reaches his young adult phase at level 15, and all ages beyond that. While “Pessimistic”, Buddy’s dialogue will be as it is traditionally, with him complaining in conflict with the player until he again reaches his young adult phase at level 15. “Optimistic” is the default setting for the “Mentality” setting.
- Resolved issue which caused color of all decor of a single type to save as the last one placed while in a blueprint mode session, upon changing rooms or changing files.
- Resolved issue which prevented players from being able to obtain scores with “Healer” tools, and from Phantom interactions.
- Adjusted Vacuum to deliver score points on its initial suction.
VERSION 0.15.1: DECOR - OCTOBER 9TH, 2025
- Introduced “Decor” into the game as a new mechanic. From your tools hotbar, you can now access the “Decor” menu, where from it you can select among the various decorations, and then from that enter blueprint mode to place the decoration that you selected. Decorations cost keys to place, so get collecting. The decorations are divided into two separate types which behave differently, which are “Functionals” and “Aesthetics”. Functional decorations can interact with Buddy to manipulate his behavior, always with the intention of helping you gain larger scores. Aesthetic decorations are just the opposite in that they have no effect on Buddy, and will not interact with him, and simply exist to heighten the atmosphere of your workspace. Decor can be manipulated and placed across all rooms, and when Decor is placed in a room it is assigned to that corresponding room, meaning that each room is unique from the others, and can be decorated as such. Enjoy!
- Adjusted camera behavior. The camera now follows the mouse when nothing is happening. While in a combo, the camera will pan to follow Buddy. While participating in a certain objective, such as placing decor, the camera will aim to help you by following and focusing on the place of focus. The camera also orients more dramatically as scaled with how far the camera is to the side walls of the workspace.
- Resolved data preparing issue that occurred sometimes when players would exit a save file through the menu, and then enter back into one. Now resolved through better preparing the data.
- A few other small bug resolutions which are not mentioned and overlooked.
VERSION 0.14.5: ADJUSTMENTS - SEPTEMBER 17TH, 2025
- “Wounder” tools now increase Buddy’s XP, so long as the tool in question doesn’t make Buddy bleed.
- Resolved visual issue with the Buddy XP Bar that was visible on the bar when Buddy gained XP.
- Minor internal improvements.
- Resolved issue where the game teleporting UI would not appear for players when teleporting into a game mode server from the hub if they were a party member of a party which they were not the leader of.
VERSION 0.14.4: MINOR PATCH - SEPTEMBER 17TH, 2025
- Resolved a bug pertaining to the player list which flooded the developer console with error messages.
- Reduced the amount of messages being sent through to the developer console.
VERSION 0.14.2/0.14.3: MULTIPLAYER FOLLOW UP PATCH - SEPTEMBER 16TH, 2025
- Adjusted Buddy knockback cooldown to no longer interfere with Phantom interactions.
- Resolved issue which caused the player list that tracks and ranks the scores of all the players at the top left corner of the screen in any Multiplayer mode to sometimes freeze and break upon a player joining the server.
- Resolved issue which caused players who left a server and then rejoined that same server to be halted in the first quarter of their game preparation progress, and progress would not proceed past that.
- Resolved issue where supposedly restricted “Party Only” servers were still accessible by players outside the respective party. This was achieved by reworking the method that teleports a player or the group of players in question to the respective server that the solo player or the Party Leader leading a group had selected.
VERSION 0.14.1: MULTIPLAYER - SEPTEMBER 16TH, 2025
- The game is now MULTIPLAYER! Yippee! Pick from 2 separate game modes: CLASSIC and PHANTOM.
CLASSIC: “Classic” is the traditional Interactive Intimate, it’s just you and Buddy. Play the game the way you want to. And now you can share a server with other players and chat while you play. Each server can hold up to 20 players.
PHANTOM: In “Phantom” mode, every time you interact with your Buddy, you’re interaction will transfer through to the other Buddies in the server, effectively interacting with all of them in the same way you interacted with yours. You get 10% of the used tool’s score if you’re Buddy is interacted with in a phantom interaction and vice versa. This is a great game mode to play with other players to pile up big scores and climb the leaderboards! Up to 8 players are able to be in any server at a time. - New HUB WORLD where players will start initially before joining their selected game mode. The player can access and use various tabs via the menu bar on the Hub UI.
SHOP: Access and browse the several shops in a quick and accessible manner by the click of a button.
PLAY: Here is where you’ll select the game mode that you want to play. You can click on the game mode’s button to view it’s description and get a more in depth look of the mode. You can then join the game mode via “Quick Join”, or “Party Only”. Quick Join will insert you and your Party members into a public server that other players can join. “Party Only” will create a private server, exclusively for you and your party for no other player to join.
PARTY: Create a Party or join somebody else’s to Party Up and join a server together as group so you can play together in the same server!
FRIENDS: Participate in and earn progressive rewards via the “Friends” tab, where you’ll be able to claim rewards for getting your friends to join you in the Hub. Once you fill the progress meter for one of the reward’s requirements, click “Claim!” to receive it. Claim rewards for Tool Skin chests! - Revamped the gameplay UI once again to free up more space in the middle of the screen, allowing you to have a better experience playing. Currencies and more are now displayed in the top left corner of the screen. Navigate the buttons also positioned in the top left of the screen to display the information you want to see in that area of the screen.
- Greatly improved lighting and reflections, especially on metal based materials, to a more fulfilling visual, provoking a more immersive experience.
- Assigned a unique material texture variant to each Buddy color, changing Buddy’s body material texture to sync with the respective equipped color.

When you interact with him in this state there is a 50% chance that the score you get when interacting with him will be multiplied by anywhere between 2X and 10X! Wow, that’s very powerful! Watch for lightning! The Lightning ability unlocks with at least 15 completed Tasks and 7 Totems.

- Revamped all Buddy Icons to now new and higher quality designs.
- Revamped all of Buddy’s profile pictures to accurately now reflect all natural Hat and Icon combos.

- Changed natural Hats and Icons of first 100 Buddy serials to be more diverse in variety.
- Slightly adjusted Tutorial to require players to equip the Machine Gun, Mines, and Gravity Potion alongside the Finger and Fist to progress in the Tutorial. This was done to help new players understand that they have multiple Tool types, and to help them understand how to use and combo different Tools together with each other, especially when you have all five of your Hotbar slots in use.
- Decreased serial numbers required to unlock the current Rooms. The Dungeon required serial has been decreased from 3 to 2. The Volcano required serial has been decreased from 15 to 8. And the Spacecraft required serial has been decreased from 30 to 12.

- New “Dragon” armor set has been added to the game! This one is the most powerful out of all your armor sets! Use it to reduce all incoming damage on Buddy by 50%, and by an extra 5% if Buddy was attacked by a tool inclusive of the category that the particular armor set equipped pertains to.
- Improved Buddy physics by disabling FluidForces and customizing physical part properties on various parts to prevent unintended external forces from tampering with Buddy as he ragdolls. It should feel a little bit easier to get him up in the air now.
- The Machine Gun, Minigun, Mines, and Molotov now instantly draw blood from Buddy when they are used to interact with him; an effect similar to the Sword.

- Added a new soundtrack to the game for the “Volcano” map!

- Resolved issue which prevented players from being able to complete the solo Gravity Potion task.
- Increased requirement to complete Gravity Potion task.

If any of the issues listed above continue to persist, specifically pertaining to the issues that prevented players from opening their save files, I will work with those players who experience them today to get them resolved.

This update is a part 2 of 2. UGC has been released! Final armor set will be added to the game next week.

VERSION 0.11.7: COLLECTOR BADGE FIX - JULY 26TH, 2025
- Resolved issue where the game mistakenly thought that the player had only 2 tools off the jump instead of 6, thus preventing players from getting the further Collector badges. (Reset save file to enact change.)
- Resolved issue where, upon deleting a save file, the game thought that the player had no tools, hats, or icons right off the jump, thus preventing players from getting the further Collector badges. (Reset save file to enact change.)

- Along with the Finger and Fist, the Machine Gun, Vacuum, Gravity Potion, and Mines are all available from the jump. I did this because I want players to have a taste of all the categories as early as possible when playing! - Resolved issue that prevent Buddy speaking special chat when the Jetpack is initialized.
