Interval between reading/writing to DataStores

So, i want to keep this simple:

How many minutes you must wait to save a Datastore again? What i have heard is 1 minute, or 5 minutes.

Whats the min. time? What you guys would recommend me for an auto-save system? Which saves data every X minutes?

Generally a 6-second cooldown or higher is recommended. I would go higher. Here is a link on data store limits: Documentation - Roblox Creator Hub
