What flags members of your community as âpotential scammersâ? If someoneâs a potential scammer, are they still allowed to use your community or is their account disabled until an investigation is completed? Do you provide relief for those whoâve been scammed in your community?

Itâs all up to the users to join yeah. But thatâs pretty much saying to us that itâs their fault if they get scammed.

Before you start increasing your member count, I suggest you make a contract to all the members saying that if they get scammed, you will help them get back what they lost (e.g. contact roblox.) or that you wonât help. If they agree, it is their fault that they got scammed and you cannot be accused of anything.

No, they are banned from our server, or any servers associated with us.

Banning them isnât gonna stop them from rejoining on an alternate account.

We have already stated this in our server, that they are not 100% going to be protected by our system, we do also spread the scammers to other servers to avoid them going to alternative servers and scamming.

Its great to see someone has put forward a step to create a platform where you can hire people, but its just that when you start something like this there are some things you need to do:

Trust Of The People, you need to show people how its secured, Middle man is a good idea but it could be more secured though, or you need to choose Middle Man wisely after a lot training. You can add Insurance policies for the buyers / sellers, you can check each and every Seller / Buyer with Proper identity by linking their roblox account and running checks on it, just like Dev Forum does. Many People complained that scammers can join with alternate accounts in discord, if you run this check through their roblox account and if they have a Roblox Account that has a good record and is atleast 13+ and created before 6 months. Some simple and advance checks like this will make the server / platform much more secured.

Introduce something new to people, I hope you probably know Fiverr, its a free lancing platform, you could make a Platform like that just for roblox developers, I am sure someday roblox will be soon having its official platform like this, I am just giving out ideas.
And something I would like to say about the people who have commented on this, instead of just complaining it would be better if people suggested how to make it better, and improve it. It might not be as secure or as great as the Dev Forum, but its something that can be useful if they add in features that arenât there.

Scammers are permanently banned and fake accounts and investigated to prevents alts. We are not an insurance company to provide you with compensation for your losses same as the forum. You still need to act with the same caution as you do when using the forum as we do not control anything done outside of our community. We simply provide the resources and platform.
Neither will it on any other platform, there is no way to stop someone from committing fruad and having them locked up for good on Roblox.

Thank you, we do give training to our middlemen, and we have said so many times this is optional, but they keep attacking us with the same question.

Except on the devforum, many people will be made aware because it is so much bigger than your discord server. In the event of a scammer in your server it will probably just be kept as something that has happened within that server and no one will be made aware that they are a scammer.

All members are linked to their roblox accounts. We are not an insurance company to provide compensation for and losses as we do not gain anything from any transactions conducted as a result of our community. Itâs all free.
We are âattackingâ you with the same question because you are not giving a clear answer.

There is a list of scammers. Which is being shared with several other similar communities and vice versa they also share the scammers that they encountered.
You ensure that people who make transactions through your community will âget an official asset created or purchased by the person selling or trading the asset.â How do you ensure that? When this promise is broken your response is âsorry about your luckâ?
It seems wrong to me to ensure no scams, then when it does occur to reply with âsorry kid weâre not an insurance company, shouldnât have trusted us.â

Ok but, you could add anyone to this list which in turn could completely ruin their career on Roblox just because you mightâve made a mistake.

Oh, with Roblox Account linking I also meant you will need run some checks on the account. For Example you will need check the user age, and the account age. And maybe for Sellers you can have proper identification and verification with phone / email or any other way you have.
And about the Insurance, you donât need to implement it right now but its a good feature which people will trust on. You can think of it later on if your Server is successful
