And why would you use a website template to handle sensitive info about users, if they sign up in the site. I see no TOS or Privacy Policy , how I can be assured my data on the site is secured?
There is no sensitive information the user has to enter, we do not store any data.
There is also a Privacy Policy, and a TOS
We are the ones who set up our server and website. He cannot say it’s on Digital Ocean when we have no association with them.

Everyone can submit a post request. However, that request is being reviewed by a moderator before it actually gets posted. It gets rejected if its not within the guidelines and does not makes sense.
