In my game I used to have an RP name system that would be auto-translated with Roblox’s system, however I turned this off sometime earlier this year I believe and wiped the localization table due to my becoming more aware of the errors it was causing and potential problems (I’m still v much learning lol). I checked the error reports for the game more recently and realized that the same error was STILL happening, so I figured something must’ve bugged somewhere and wiped the localization table once again, since I had changed some unrelated in-game text anyway and figured it couldn’t hurt. I checked the reports again today and somehow, yet again, every time a user joins an error pops up once or twice (username censored, as it’s irrelevant):
and also in the in-game developer console in the client logs:
When I download the translation table CSV, it is literally blank pardon the set-up “Key,Example,Source,Context,Game” line it has by default. If I try to upload said CSV back to Roblox, it says I can’t because it’s blank, so I assume that confirms I’m not missing any secret entry on it. There is nowhere to my knowledge that this could be coming from and we have no such text in-game; as I said earlier, it used to be when my RP names had auto-localize on, and I turned that off months ago. I have cleared the localization table maybe 3 or 4 times at this point and it persists.
