Invalid Private Server Link UI Shows Illogical Button Options ("Yes" and "OK")

Description

When attempting to access a private server using a link that is no longer valid, Roblox shows an “Invalid Link” UI. However, the two action buttons shown are “Yes” and “OK”, which makes no sense in this context. The user has nothing to confirm or agree to, so “Yes” is confusing and unhelpful. Additionally, the visual style of the “OK” button suggests it is intended to be the primary action, while “Yes” is just floating as plain text. This looks like a UI bug…

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Find a game that supports private servers.
  2. Go to its game page.
  3. Click on the “Servers” tab next to “About” and “Store”.
  4. Create a private server by clicking “Create Private Server”.
  5. Click the three-dot menu at the top-right of your private server and select “Configure”.
  6. Enable “Allow Joining”.
  7. Click “Generate” next to “Private Server Link” to generate a shareable link.
  8. Turn off “Allow Joining”.
  9. Notice that the link changes and you cannot copy it using the paper icon. Select the link manually (Ctrl + A) and copy it.
  10. Paste the copied link into your browser in a new tab.
  11. Observe the “Invalid Link - This private server link is no longer valid.” dialog, along with the “Yes” and “OK” options.

Expected Behavior

The dialog should display appropriate action buttons, such as “OK” or “Close” only. There is no logical question being asked that requires a “Yes” response.

Hi @raskolibov
Thanks for flagging this! We’ve rolled out a fix for this dialog to only show “OK”.
