Apologies if this is not the right category, but there were no other categories fitting for my topic.
I have emailed roblox’s ip content removal request email (ipcontent_removal_request@roblox.com) but I have received no updates. I emailed the a week ago requesting for 3 assets that I uploaded to be taken down. (I am no longer the owner of the group the assets are under.)
I initially contacted roblox support for a removal request but they said that I was not identified by the owner and that I should email ipcontent_removal_request@roblox.com to remove assets I uploaded but was not the owner of.
Is there any other ways to get my uploaded assets taken down because of dmca violation concerns?
