Voice chat is currently available to all 13+ phone number verified users in these countries: United States, Canada, Great Britain, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, Spain, Mexico, Chile, Costa Rica, Puerto Rico, France, Italy, Austria, Switzerland, Germany, Japan, South Korea, Argentina, Colombia, Peru, Dominican Republic, Guatemala, Uruguay, El Salvador, Honduras, Paraguay, Nicaragua, Ecuador, Bolivia, Venezuela, Panama, Portugal, and Brazil . Users not in these countries should use ID verification to enable voice chat.

I really don’t understand this is racial discrimination. Why do foreigners have to enter without passports and visas and things like that, but Iranians and some other countries have to?
For example, in Afghanistan, people don’t even have ID cards, how can they have passports?
Or does every Iranian get a passport from the age of 13?
thats not up to them though, its up to the country’s laws
and its not racial discrimination but you cant expect third world countries to be the first in line for new things

Most of the time it is the country’s fault. Restraining laws affect how Roblox can roll out features.

But the Iranian number option is not in your plan.
First, second, and third world are Cold War terms. Third world was used to define countries that weren’t Capitalist (1st world) or Communist (2nd world) affiliated with the 2 major superpowers (America and the Soviet Union)
