i made this pile of sticks in blender using the particle emitter (53 sticks) to save time and give a natural feel, i also tried to make each stick as low tri count as possible, each around 90 triangles
could i have done this a more efficient/different way, is this an ok triangle amount, or is there no other way of doing this
i think it’s fine but if you wanted to optimize it a little more, you could use planes and images for the small branches sticking out from the sticks

or have it load the models only when the player is close and have the images load from farther away
