Is a 50% user drop regarding game wins too much? (Help needed)

Hi all,
I own a game called Lava Tsunami. Please check it out before responding so you can get a feel of the gameplay loop.

I have been collecting data on it and as you can see, about 50% of players ever win. I am wondering if this is normal - considering a lot of people probably give up quite fast, or if I should work on changing the game so it’s higher? What could a good number be?

Any advice is greatly appreciated! I’m trying to raise the retention and avg. playtime so what I’m thinking is that this metric could affect it a lot.

Not really your fault, but if you want to get better CTR, the thumbnail would be best to change. Make the thumbnail look high quality. And if you want a stable and growing Concurrent Players, then the games quality would be the thing to work on

The CTR is already very good at around 2%, and that isn’t even the topic of my question - it’s about whether or not the game is balanced well

Oh then, not really. It could be higher; it could be lower. All you can do is just randomize it. Play with the win percentage a little bit. See what does best. I actually don’t specifically know what the balanced range is, and so the best way to get an approximate estimation is by toying with it, to see what fits.
