Is a very evil organization allowed on Roblox?

My game has an antagonist group which hides their identity, and they’re trying to stop the player’s journey.

The chapter on where the group is mentioned is an airport, on where there are some bombs placed around the map. Triggering them doesn’t harm anyone, just adds rubble and blocks off the path. In the end of the chapter, there’s a cutscene where they infect the pilot. You can think of them like The Silver Paw in Piggy and The Purge in Break In.

The game doesn’t support them, since the issue is resolved in the same chapter.

So, is it allowed? If not, what should I change?

Yes, it should be allowed, because Roblox does allow villains/antagonist groups in stories as long as the game itself does not promote real-world terrorism, extremism, or support for violent groups.

The way you described it:
• The bombs don’t hurt anyone (just block paths),
• The group is fictional (not based on a real group),
• The story does not encourage or glorify them (they’re stopped in the same chapter),

:backhand_index_pointing_right: That makes it a safe narrative device similar to what’s already in games like Piggy or Break In.

If you wanted to be extra safe:
• Call them something fictional and not close to a real-world group.
• Avoid words like “terrorist” or “extremist,” just frame them as “a mysterious organization” or “antagonist faction.”
• Keep the focus on puzzles, survival, and mystery rather than realistic violence.

I forgot to mention they do not want to create fear, just stop the player and they aren’t affiliated with any political viewpoint.

Yeah you should be allowed to add this.
