Is anyone selling a FPS system?

So really recently I Wanted to make a FPS but really can’t do it myself because other people will do it way better than me but I’m just here to ask if anyone is selling one with features like:
Fe kill
Grenades
Customizable gun settings
Gun skins
Weapons inspect and realistic weapon aiming

If you have anything of that sort I may not buy straight away but I’ll atleast have somewhere to start of with
