Is using an animation spoofer contrary to Terms of Service (regardless of the likelihood with which Roblox takes action)?
For context, a friend recently bought tech, but the instructions for using the system he bought say that buyers must use an animation spoofer—the tech group can’t/won’t give him keyframes nor whitelist him or his group to use the animations.
What I’ve been able to find suggests that animation spoofing is a form of asset theft, but they argue that since both free and paid animation spoofing plugins are readily available, then it must be fine. (The group selling the animations doesn’t own at least some of them).
Thanks!
