The title says it all. Is it okay to use copyrighted clothing by any creator in a game if you give them full credits for that? Thanks for those who’ll answer.
Who has copyrighted clothing they put together in Roblox? Don’t think that is even possible. As far as trademarks … If you don’t have permission from the companies to use their trademarks, they have legal grounds to sue you. I think this is more of a big fish thing. I’m sure there are many copyright violations and I’m also sure many are just small fish being overlooked. Best not use anything trademarked.
The clothes do no have any trademarks at all, but in the description of the clothing it states ‘Copyrighted’.
I myself try to stay away from anything like that. However, I can also remake most anything I see …
If I really like something I’ll just remake it.
