You basically need a part of a block, while you are on that block you ‘equip’ the plugin and you can pick any degree to turn (it can be negative as well).
Flip Axis - It changes the opposite side of your current on.
Render Once - Makes one block.
Plugin Active/Inactive - Enable or Disable the plugin whether you want to use it or not.
Invert Axis - Similar to “Flip Axis”
Render Circle - It automatically makes a circle. (Depending on what degree on you’re on)

Another studio plugin you can use is Ropeater, which allows you to align it in different ways and drag easily.
Stravant - Ropeater
Adding onto this, you then offset each part for like half a stud, and then can use GapFill to make it seem smooth
