Is it ok to use foreign languages in games?

I’m being quite stupid asking this, but I just wanted to make sure.

Is it ok to use foreign languages such as Japanese in a showcase or build?

I’ve seen a couple of issues with people uploading decals or shirts with foreign words, which have resulted in it being taken down.

I’m not sure why this would happen. I’m guessing it’s just down to the moderator.

Yes, you can use foreign languages in games. The reason for the assets being taken down is most likely the reason you guessed.

if u want to take the risk its ok, if u dont want to take the risk dont do it. i have been warned before for uploading alquran words into roblox (i am a muslim)

I managed to upload the word coffee in Japanese, and it seemed to work. I don’t think I’ll try anything else though.

Sometimes a moderator will assume good faith when uploading foreign text in decals, especially if you describe what the word means in the name of the decal such as here:

Yeah, I usually make the decal name clear with no numbers, just to be sure.
