I think you are thinking of IK, try looking up tutorials on it before posting a lazy topic

to look at education, you have to learn the name of Education, I can’t search because I don’t know the name, im new for blender

Yes it is! You can easily do this with IK constraints.
You can animate it in Roblox too, however I suggest using Blender.

If you want to learn how to use it, you can search up ‘Inverse Kinematics Roblox tutorial’.
