Why I’m making this topic to propose such a question: I’ll keep it simple. I have lost access to a lot of my devwork on a locked account and I am needing to retrieve it. A lot of the work could save me time and help motivate me to push forward in other discontinued projects of mine. I had saved some of the work, but I lost the saved devwork files because of Windows being… Windows (forcing me to completely factory reset my PC.). Take that as you will.
As for the reasoning to escalate in case it wasn’t already obvious, Customer Support refuses to help me even though I’ve tried with them and provided much needed proofs to re-access my account and/or unlock it. A Private Contact to help me resolve this issue would be perfect, thank you.
If there are any tips anyone has, feel free to post below.
Annex: My account was locked back in August of 2023 due to a social engineering exploit which had effected several thousand accounts, I was one of the unfortunate victims that got targeted by this.
I have not tried this. Are calls free for international lines?
I might consider opting in to try this, although I can’t say this will solve my problem until I’ve tried xd
Since CS via Email does not work, you could try contacting Roblox via phone number as another user mentioned.
If that does not work, you may have to attempt asking popular people/such to let others know about your issue/similar (to attempt making it known enough for roblox to look into it further).

By the way, Roblox has a special discord server for developers that have a game that is/was top 50 in engaging, and roblox staff is in such (FairyLuminary and many many more) and similar (used for moderation inquiries aka emergencies, etc).

The same thing happens to me, I have tried to unban my main account, it was banned on March 29, 2025, I remember it very well, that’s why maybe Roblox has a secret server for developers, I know that I have used Roblox support to unban my main account, but well, there is a way to unban my main account, so maybe there is a way.
I have a question adudu21, my main account got terminated since march 29th, i understand what happen since cs via email sometimes does not work like you said, i should try contacting roblox via number phone i trying to get unbanned many times, and without luck.
