As far as I know, even attempting to grab an IP address is already difficult enough - I’d be surprised if anyone managed to snag cookies through Roblox.
As for the computer being ratted, I highly doubt it. Again as far as I know, Lua is sandboxed within the Roblox client so nothing can directly interact with your computer/files.

I mean like downloading a free model and them being able to do that is that possible?
It is impossible for free models to affect you outside of Roblox Studio and the game client.
Free models cannot effect your computer it can effect your account if it has a virus as it can contain something bad. But it will not hack you or hack your computer
