I have a technical question regarding how Roblox handles group ownership when the owner account is no longer active.
I have a group where the current owner appears as “[Account Deleted]” because the original creator account was terminated. The group is still active, and it contains an active experience that is still receiving players, but ownership is now stuck on an account that no longer exists.
My question is:
Is it possible for Roblox staff to transfer group ownership to an active account when the current owner is “Account Deleted”?
