Is it safe to use the "StarterGear" folder?

I’m not sure if I can use the player’s “startergear” folder, when a tool is added to it, it automatically appears every time the character respawns and the tool appears in their backpack.

You can use it, why wouldn’t you be able to?

I believe what you’re looking for is putting tools in “StarterPack”.
