Is my like to dislike ratio an issue?

After almost two months of work, I decided to launch an ad campaign for my game. This appears to have been a mistake as it tanked my like percentage from %100 to %60.

I don’t know what is wrong with my game. I have tested it to the best of my ability and found no errors.
