Hello. I am LamentedStar, and I worked on this fighting game for about 2ish years (obviously not consistently.) I am preparing a launch budget and social media accounts, but I think it’s more important first to get the opinions of other developers on whether or not the monetization is adequate, the gameplay loop is fun enough to stick players, etc.
Personal notes:
I’ve play tested with about 30 different people this week, mostly very positive.
Average session length is 30+ minutes (definitely skewed data but still good omens!)
I believe the idea is very creative and could fill a niche that is absent in Roblox right now.
Just be warned that the game requires 2 people to play, so you might not get a game started, but any feedback (even on the UI) is greatly appreciated!

Hi , it’s amazing that you worked on this game for about 2 years!
I checked if it’s an overused/oversaturated concept, and I think you are somewhat in the clear in terms of originality, it looks like you are onto something!
(I might have failed to do thorough research for these games, so I might be wrong about the market situation, be cautious).
In my opinion, the future for a great ragdoll fighting game is there. The key is how well you execute on the main concept and how well you market it to a lot of people - that is very difficult to do for most people, unless you are really good at game design and marketing, in my opinion.
Nevertheless, I wish all the good luck to you with your project.
Even if it’s hard for me to gauge your whole game’s potential, the way you have written about your core game mechanics in the game description sounds promising. Winning concepts can be written, not just played through, again, in my opinion. All opinions
It might seem cheesy to some, but a good practice is to imagine: if a ragdoll fighting game is played by YouTubers/streamers etc., what the mechanics/story elements of the game should be, for these people to have great emotional reactions to it all?
