I want to create a game inspired by the walking dead and other story games where you can go down a romance path with NPCs but I’m not sure if that would follow the TOS

You can depict player x npc romance on an age restricted game on Roblox, as long as it follows the guidelines. You’ll have to fill out the maturity compliance questionnaire too and indicate this content exists in your game.

Would this fall into " * Engaging in unwanted flirtatious behavior"?
Is the romantic behaviour between the NPC and player a consensual thing, an optional thing?
