Is selling objects made with plugins allowed?

Hi!, so i’m wondering for stuff i make in the future to sell, if its allowed to sell stuff made using plugins. so i’m wondering about stuff like Archimedes Two, for example (which creates circles by copying and rotating parts to form a circle) and selling something i use it for, so if anyone knows, please let me know.

Thanks!

It’s allowed, however this should be discussed with the buyer.

As far as I know, there’s no rules on selling things made with others plugins. If you have it, chances are you have a license to use it, and therefore it’s like saying “am I allowed to sell stuff made with this 3D printer I got?” Which is a big, fat, yes.

If they ask what tools you use you don’t even have to answer.

To expand on @EpicCheatCodes answer, plugins made public in the catalog are considered free to use, though there is a chance the publisher requests a form of credit. Plugins that enhance the development workflow (building tools, animation editors, etc.) typically do not have to be stated upon the sale of assets unless specified. However certain plugins that implement pre-existing assets such as tree generation, procedural terrain generation, rope plugins, etc. should be discussed with the buyer out of courtesy.

Adding on to the other posts, it shouldn’t need to be stated, but if you are still uncertain… I am the creator of Archimedes and I give you permission to sell anything created with my plugin.
