Is Super Vision Posssible in roblox?

Hi I’m not sure if this is the right category to post this in. Please let me know which one is best for what I am saying

So I’m working on a Combat sort of game and I’m not sure if it is possible or not. Can I possibly make a power up which would when a button is pressed on their key board they can see a dot (resembling a player) that will follow them, they also can see this dot through walls etc. I’m not sure if there is a property in an billboard GUI that will be seen through walls.

That property is called AlwaysOnTop.
