A friend of mine bought an account from a roblox player. We made an exchange, money to the account, changed the mail and everything was fine. The next day, the fraudster hacked the account by his mail (it turned out that roblox did not specifically change the mail, although a notification about a successful mail change came to the mail).
They wrote to support about this situation, they don’t answer anything specific, they answer the question like bots, and they don’t understand what it’s about. My account and my friend’s account were blocked, which was not what was needed at all.
Question: Can they work better in support and at least read what users with problems write about?
Even if it is not possible to return the account, we would like the player to be blocked so that he also remains without access to these accounts. Buying or selling a ROBLOX account is against the community standards! Your friend shouldn’t be engaging in that at all.
I don’t know if BOTH the merchant and the consumer are at fault, but ROBLOX may take action against the merchant. As the above screenshot states, you are not permitted to purchase another account at the expense of cash.
^ Though this is negated if the account has any sort of virtual content (UGC) and you’ve come to a consensus to transfer that account.
