I mean dhar mann used it- ok but for real I feel like it would get moderated, so maybe you could use a clean version of the song or just use a completely different song.
Go into a game, and say it in chat. If it tags, don’t use it. If it doesn’t, go ahead.
This is probably a bad method, but it’s worked for me before.

Sure. If it’s uploaded and not moderated, go ahead and use it.
Roblox can’t punish you due to the fact that that sound has been up for ~7 years, and most importantly you didn’t make the audio. And I don’t think they’ll moderate it any time soon.
