Is there a way to find the last userid created on roblox?

A simple question, but I didn’t find an answer, I’m making a system that picks a random player, so I need the last userid ever created, any answers?

I know that this is possible, New User Machine was able to do this but as to how I’m not quite sure.

I’m going to wait for a response but also try some other options in the meanwhile.
