Is there a way to make a part rotate around a point?

Is there a way to rate a part around a point without having to code? I haven’t found anything useful so, please help if you can. Thanks in advance.

For building? With SBS rotation, you can mousewheel-click a part to set a different axis point:

Hm, can you explain a little more? I don’t seem to achieve that.

Make sure RotatePivot is selected. At that point clicking in the mousewheel button should move the axis to the part you clicked on.
