First off, I’m not sure whether to classify this as a building or scripting related topic so pardon me if I got the category wrong.
So basically, I’m trying to create an energy shockwave effect that originates within the avatar that surges outwards, encompassing the character. But as you can see in the screenshot, the player gets overshadowed by the shadow, how do I fix this?
You can turn cast shadow off for any part, in properties, or you could insert a light anywhere inside to light it up.
I’m not sure what you’re doing script-wise, but that’s how you’d usually remove shadows when building.
