You are not really making sense here, what do you exactly want to achieve? Like you want to for example give a player accessories via the API?
I was asking if there’s an API that takes a list of asset ids and creates an avatar with the data.
You could just script that by specifying which ID is which character part. But to answer your question, I do not believe there is an API for that
