Is there any possibility I can be able to use roblox Tooltip tip?

• To match roblox style design for my cloud icon.

Image below should give an example on what I am refering to, and wondering if it may be possible to use roblox features to use this tooltip for my cloud icon as well to display into tooltip?

I was able to clone the Tooltip UI from the CoreGui. You can change the scaling and positioning of the UI to match your needs
