So is there any way for a developer to have game explorer in his game in real time, I mean can developer have game explorer from Roblox studio in his game in public servers to change his game in real time only on the server where the developer is?
I mean you can if you make it yourself. You have to design UI and code it yourself.

The most I can tell you is that some admin systems on Roblox include this (Example: Kohls), but to create something like it would require most likely a custom script.
