Is there any way I can get a gamepass taken down without going through the DMCA process?
I created a few gamepass icons for my game, and just found someone is using them without my permission. I have proof I created it.
Is the only way to get it removed through the DMCA process?
You can try to contact the person before going through the DMCA system, asking them to take it down.
Hello, I have contacted the person several times asking for them to take the icon down. They have refused, and declared they will not remove it unless I make them a custom one.
If you had warned them and they chose not to heed it, then there’s not much else you can do outside of filing a DMCA takedown.
