I am wondering in someone can see what this is supposed to be by looking at it, and wether or not it is a good photo.

No. There’s simply just too much going on. I don’t know what to look at.
You are probably looking at the water mark, I put that there to prevent theft
A watermark can be smaller and more transparent, it’ll still work fine.
I don’t even know what the watermark is. Can you specify what the picture actually is?
I’d assume the watermark is the face in the centre.

The negative space doesn’t fit well. A gap would make sense over negative space.

Yeah, I’d remove the orange tint and the avatar watermark and just replace it with some slightly transparent text.

I just redid the photo, now people can tell what is and isnt the image (hopefully)
The transition to black and then transparent is really sharp and rough. I recommend feathering the image so it doesn’t look so pixelated. It will come out really bad when you put it as an icon for anything. Pixels act weirder when* smaller than usual.
Yeah, I noticed that, I can try to smoothen it out, but I’m ok at stuff like that, thank you for your inference.
