I’m making a game, and there’s a brass sign that says: “Smoking in the companionway is strictly forbidden”, is it against Roblox’s ToS?

I don’t think so, because it doesn’t have the use of smoking, only a sign that is against it.

I agree with @Baskets000Account2.

Unless you are encouraging the use of smoking within your experience, this shouldn’t be against the ToS.

We prohibit users from discussing, depicting, or promoting illegal and some regulated goods.

  • Drug, tobacco, vaping, or other smoking paraphernalia

So I don’t know if that sign will pass moderation. Best ask Roblox Support for a definite answer.
