Is this the way I should be creating a minimap?

Alright so here’s how I think it’s gonna go in my head:

  • I use camera:WorldToScreenPointRay. Which I have tested in studio seems to be working as my gui object positions are basically relative to the world positions.

  • Then I put it in some sort of loop such as through a renderstepped ORRRR I could also use a position changed event.

  • Now, have the image label parented to a scrolling frame. I believe? I think that should be it.


Use RenderStepped because any PositionChanged event might lag it.

Do you mean it’d look sort of stiff and buggy?
